Terms of use
1. What HorologyRadar is
HorologyRadar is a search engine. It indexes for-sale watch listings published on other websites and shows you where they are. HorologyRadar is not a marketplace, does not sell watches, does not verify sellers or watches, and is not a party to any transaction. When you follow a link to a listing, you are dealing with the seller on the source site under that site's rules.
2. Accuracy
Prices, conditions, availability, brand and model identification, and seller information are extracted automatically from posts written by other people. They can be wrong or out of date. Check the original listing before relying on anything you see here.
3. Accounts
You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if they are compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts used for abuse, scraping, or resale of our data.
4. Acceptable use
You may use HorologyRadar to find and track watches for yourself or your business. You may not use automated tools to collect data from HorologyRadar, re-publish our index, or resell access. If you want an API, ask us.
5. Paid tiers
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund the current period if we cannot deliver a listed feature for more than seven consecutive days.
6. Content and links
Listing content belongs to the people who wrote it and the sites that host it. We show it with attribution and a link back, and remove it when they ask or when the source deletes it. Trademarks of watch brands and source sites belong to their owners and are used only to identify listings.
7. Availability and liability
HorologyRadar is provided as is. We aim for it to be up and current, but sources go down, feeds change, and alerts can be late. To the extent permitted by law, Vega LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of HorologyRadar, from a listing you found through it, or from a transaction with a seller, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here, with notice to account holders for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to the courts there.
